Booking and quotes

How do I reserve a session?

Message us via contact, 020 261 3847 or [email protected]. State the service, track count, lineup or stems and rough dates. We reply within 2 working days with a slot proposal and written quote.

When is my booking firm?

After written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the 30 % deposit. The balance is due around the session (consumers) or within 14 days on invoice (business).

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Free of charge up to 5 days before start. After that, terms govern deposit retention or offset.

Do you offer evening slots?

Wednesday to Friday until 20:00, Saturday until 16:00 (Wed–Fri 10–20, Sat 11–16). Evening time is limited; mention your preference in the request.

What if I do not have a producer yet?

Fine for basic tracking: our engineers help with routing and takes. Complex production scopes and hours are agreed upfront on vocal or live ensemble.

During the session

Should I arrive early for setup?

Yes. Setup sits inside your booked block; arrive on time so soundcheck and tracking fit the slot. Live planning: budget live hours.

How many people fit in the live room?

The live room is 44 m² — suited to a compact ensemble (drums, bass, keys, guitars). Larger layouts are planned ahead via contact.

Do you provide headphone mixes?

Yes, individual mixes for singers and band members; the engineer sets levels before recording. Need more of an instrument? Say so during the session.

Can I bring guests?

One or two companions in the control room are usually fine. More visitors are agreed beforehand so focus and safety stay intact.

What if we run over time?

Extensions only if the next slot is free and you agree. Extra time is invoiced at the hourly rate of the service booked.

Files and delivery

What format do you deliver?

24-bit WAV by default; sample rate per project (often 48 kHz). Mix/master arrive as stereo files; multitrack only if stated on the quote.

How long do you keep project data?

24 months after the last session on secured storage, then deletion unless agreed otherwise in writing. You remain responsible for backups.

How should I deliver stems for mixing?

Follow delivering stems: consistent naming, no limiter on drums, reference attached. Offline mix starts after technical check.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 2 rounds under studio rules on mixing and mastering. Extra rounds are priced upfront.

Do you deliver for streaming platforms?

Mastering targets loudness and format for streaming/download; see release formats and mastering.

Rights and privacy

Who owns the recordings?

After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for your project are yours as set out in terms. We claim no copyright in your music.

May I share session material online?

Do you use my voice to train AI?

Contact and invoice data are processed for quotes and performance; see privacy policy and cookie policy.
