A neighbourhood studio since 2019 where ensemble tracking, vocal takes and offline mixes fit under one roof.
Built for live room and booths
Monimiavyra focused from the start on music that breathes together: drums, bass and guitars in one space, vocals in a booth with sight lines to the control room. The live room is 44 m²; 2 iso booths handle lead, doubles and choir.
Besides music we record voice-over and narration in a 9 m² booth. Mixing and mastering happen in the control room or offline, depending on your project. Services and rates are on services.
Signal path in plain terms
Between live room and control room you will find 48 patch points; 28 mic preamps are available for sessions. Engineers set monitoring, gain staging and headphone mixes before tracking — so you can focus on the performance.

Location and access
Van Woustraat 78, 1074 LN Amsterdam (De Pijp). Metro line 52 (North/South) stop De Pijp; from there it is about a 6-minute walk via Ferdinand Bolstraat to Van Woustraat 78. Tram 3 runs along Van Woustraat; from the Van Woustraat stop it is roughly a 2-minute walk. From Amsterdam Centraal, metro 52 towards Zuid takes about 15 minutes.
Opening hours: Wednesday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–16:00. Closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Sessions are by appointment; use contact or FAQ for questions on loading or parking nearby.
Quotes, deposits and files
We work with written quotes, a 30 % deposit and clear cancellation rules (free up to 5 days ahead). Session files are archived for 24 months. Full wording: terms and conditions and privacy policy.
