1. Purpose of this page
This disclaimer clarifies what you should and should not expect from our website. It supplements the terms and conditions and legal notice but does not replace them. If anything conflicts, the quote and terms prevail over short summaries on marketing pages.
2. General site information
Descriptions of services, gear and workflow on services, about and in the guides reflect our current setup but may lag behind studio changes. Rates such as €280 for a Voice-over and narration session are guide prices including 21% VAT; only the quote is binding.
Technical tips in articles like preparing for a vocal session draw on our experience since 2019; they do not guarantee identical outcomes every time.
3. No professional advice
We do not provide legal, tax, medical or employment advice. Questions on copyright, neighbouring rights, model releases or contracts with session musicians belong with your own advisers. Background on formats appears in release formats and rights without us acting as your lawyer.
4. Audio results and listening
Recording, mix and master outcomes depend on source material, artist, genre, budget and distribution channel. Streaming loudness notes reflect common practice, but platforms change rules; you remain responsible for final upload and metadata.
We make no promise about chart positions, playlist placement, revenue or virality. Examples on the site are not forecasts. Our engineers work to studio standards with 28 mic preamps and 48 patch points, which supports quality but does not fix commercial results.
5. External links and embeds
Links to map services, suppliers or social platforms open third-party sites with their own terms. We do not continuously review those sites and are not liable for their content, privacy or uptime. Use of OpenStreetMap or similar tools on contact falls under the provider’s policy.
6. Website availability
We aim for a stable site on hosting with TransIP B.V., but maintenance, outages or attacks may cause brief downtime. You can always book offline via [email protected] or 020 261 3847. FormSubmit as the form relay may also fail; see the legal notice.
7. Liability for site use
For harm arising from relying on site content without a contract, we limit liability as far as Dutch law allows to direct damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contractual liability for studio work is in article 14 of the terms and conditions. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
