- No ad cookies, no sale of data, no AI training on your recordings.

1. Who is responsible?
Monimiavyra B.V. ("we"), a private limited company (B.V.), registered office at Van Woustraat 78, 1074 LN Amsterdam, is the controller for personal data processed through monimiavyra.click and in direct contact with you: enquiries, bookings, recording, mixing, mastering and invoicing.
Trade register 80238145, VAT NL870127950B01. Managing director: Mieke van der Berg. We process data under the GDPR and Dutch implementation law. Privacy contact: [email protected] or 020 261 3847.
We have not appointed a data protection officer; that is not required for our size. Company details: legal notice.
2. Scope
This policy covers visitors to our website, people who get in touch and clients who work in the studio or buy services such as Vocal recording, Live ensemble recording, Mixing, Mastering and Voice-over and narration.
When we record on behalf of a business client — for example narrators for a publisher — that client is the controller for those performers. We act as processor under our data processing agreement; the client’s policy applies to them.
3. Data we collect
Via contact: name, email, optional phone, chosen service, preferred date and project description. Required fields are needed to reply; without them we cannot quote.
Booking and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, project information, email and phone threads, payment references. Card payments in the studio are handled by our bank; we do not store card numbers.
Recordings: voice and performance can be personal data when you are identifiable. We use them only to deliver the service. If you film the session yourself, you remain responsible for footage of others.
Technical: host TransIP B.V. keeps server logs (IP, time, page, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.
We do not ask for special-category data. If you need to reschedule for health reasons, say you are unavailable; no medical certificate is required.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send newsletters unless you opt in. Site rates include 21% VAT; see services and terms and conditions.
5. Voice, image, minors and AI
Your voice and any image are protected by privacy and portrait rights. We publish no excerpts, session photos or your name on monimiavyra.click or social media without prior written consent.
We never use client recordings to train, test or improve AI systems, and we do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.
The online form is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger performers attend with a parent or guardian who provides the necessary information.
6. Recipients
Inside Monimiavyra, only team members who need access for their role see your data. External recipients, for the purposes above only:
- TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands), hosting for monimiavyra.click and email, servers in the Netherlands;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding contact form messages to our inbox;
- accountant, for billing under professional secrecy;
- bank, for transfers and card payments;
- lawyer or court, if a dispute arises;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Processors sign Article 28 GDPR terms with us. B2B processing: data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Website hosting and storage sit with TransIP B.V. in the Netherlands. FormSubmit processes form data in the United States. That transfer is needed to deliver the enquiry you start (pre-contractual steps). Where possible we choose providers with appropriate safeguards; FormSubmit is US-based.

8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS on monimiavyra.click, restricted access with individual accounts and strong passwords, encrypted workstations where practical, locked studio outside sessions, and archive deletion after 24 months per our studio rules.
If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and inform you when required. No online transfer is completely risk-free; once we receive data we protect it under this policy.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to [email protected] or by post to Van Woustraat 78, 1074 LN Amsterdam. We respond within one month; complex cases may be extended by two months with notice. Requests are usually free; manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may incur a reasonable fee.
You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We suggest contacting us first via contact — most issues are resolved quickly.
10. Cookies
We use no analytics, advertising or social cookies. Only your tracker choice is stored locally as mnmv_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details: cookie policy; change your choice via .
11. External links
We link to third-party services such as OpenStreetMap. Those operators process data under their own terms; we do not control how they handle visitors.
12. Updates
